Sable Sees Copper, Gold and Silver Mineralization at Copper Queen Project In British Columbia
Nov 11, 2024 5:51 AM

08:16 AM EST, 11/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sable Resources ( SBLRF ) on Monday said a sampling program at its Copper Queen Project in British Columbia showed some copper, gold and silver mineralization as it launches a new geophysical survey at the site.

The company said assays on 40 rock samples from three breccia targets on the site tested at up to 1.07% copper, 27.7 grams per tonne of gold and 100 grams per tonne of silver.

Sable is also carrying out a VTEM geophysical survey to identify subsurface magnetic anomalies for future drilling.

"We are extremely pleased with the composite results of our 2024 field season. Breccias 1, 2, and 3 and the surrounding area is becoming a significant, large-scale Cu +/- Ag-Au (copper, silver and gold( target. The VTEM survey which is now underway is our next step to understanding the geometry and geophysical characteristics of these Cu-rich magmatic-hydrothermal breccias," chief executive Ruben Padilla said in a release.

Sable shares last traded Nov. 7, closing at $0.045 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
