Sabre Expands Collaboration With Riyadh Air

10:54 AM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sabre (SABR) said Tuesday it signed a global distribution agreement with the newly formed Riyadh Air, which will enable the Saudi Arabian national carrier to use the company's software products designed for the travel industry.

Under the partnership, Riyadh Air will utilize Sabre's content distribution offerings, including new distribution capabilities and traditional fares via its marketplace to expand retailing strategies, provide customized travel offers, and access a global network of travel agents and customers, the company said.

The latest agreement builds on an existing partnership between the companies, according to a statement.

Shares were up 2.8% in recent trading.
