Gray Dawes will leverage Sabre's AI-driven technology and automation capabilities, along with its multi-source content approach, to streamline technology management and enhance access to travel options. The partnership is designed to support Gray Dawes' global growth, particularly in the UK, Netherlands, North America, and Australia, the company said.

Shares of Sabre were down 2.7% in recent trading.
