04:24 PM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sabre (SABR) agreed to sell its GetThere business travel management platform to Serko for an undisclosed price.

Southlake, Texas-based Sabre and Serko of Auckland, New Zealand, plan to collaborate on new product capabilities and expand their customer base, the companies said Monday in a statement.

Sabre said the sale of GetThere won't have a significant impact on revenue, adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization or free cash flow.
