08:00 AM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sachem Capital ( SACH ) said Wednesday it has completed the acquisition of a 20% membership interest in Shem Creek Capital for $5 million.

Sachem Capital ( SACH ) has the option to buy up to an additional 10% membership interest in Shem Creek by early 2027 at a set valuation, the company said.

Shem Creek Capital is the third-party management firm of the Shem Creek private credit funds.
