10:28 AM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sacks Parente Golf ( SPGC ) said Monday that its chief financial officer, Steve Handy, resigned on Friday to take the role of CFO of RDE (RSTN).

Sacks Parente said in a regulatory filing that it is looking for a replacement for Handy, whose resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company.

Shares of Sacks Parente were up about 3.8%, and RDE rose around 9% in recent trading.
