Safe Bulkers Agrees to Sell Two Dry-Bulk Vessels

04:14 PM EST, 03/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Safe Bulkers ( SB ) said Wednesday it signed two separate contracts to sell two dry-bulk vessels.

The company said it will sell a 2010-built Post-Panamax class dry-bulk vessel, the MV Panayiota K, for about $20.5 million, with a delivery date in April, and a 2011-built Panamax class, dry-bulk vessel, the MV Paraskevi 2 for $20.3 million, with a forward delivery date in July.
