Safe & Green Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Minimum Equity Requirement

10:41 AM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Safe & Green ( SGBX ) said Friday that it received a listing decision from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel confirming that it has regained compliance with the exchange's minimum equity standard.

The company said it remains under a grace period until June 10 to meet Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement.

Safe & Green ( SGBX ) shares of were 3.5% lower in recent trading.
