Safe Pro Raising Up to $20 Million Through Private Placement

08:53 AM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Safe Pro Group ( SPAI ) said Wednesday it has signed agreements for a private placement to raise up to $20 million from strategic investors, including Ondas Holdings ( ONDS ) and Unusual Machines ( UMAC ) .

The company said it will sell 2 million common shares at $4 per share. It will also offer warrants to buy 2 million shares at an exercise price of $6 per share.

The company said that the investment is expected to accelerate the commercialization of its AI technologies, including its Safe Pro Object Threat Detection and Navigation Observation Detection Engine.

The offering is expected to close on or about Aug. 20, the company said.

Safe Pro ( SPAI ) shares were more than 8% higher in premarket trading.
