10:22 AM EDT, 10/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Safe Pro Group ( SPAI ) secured a $14 million strategic investment led by Ondas Holdings ( ONDS ) through a private placement of 2 million common shares.

Proceeds are expected to boost the development of artificial intelligence-powered computer vision and threat detection systems, Safe Pro ( SPAI ) said Monday in a statement.

The private placement is expected to close on Wednesday.

Safe Pro ( SPAI ) shares fell 17% in Monday trading, and Ondas ( ONDS ) dropped 3.1%.
