08:59 AM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Safe Pro Group ( SPAI ) said Monday it signed agreements with Ondas ( ONDS ) and Unusual Machines ( UMAC ) to integrate its patented AI-based threat detection technology into their drone platforms.
Financial terms were not provided.
The memoranda of understanding cover the use of Safe Pro's ( SPAI ) threat detection system, which can identify more than 150 types of hazards such as mines and unexploded ordnance, the company said.
The collaboration follows recent investments in Safe Pro ( SPAI ) by Ondas ( ONDS ) and Unusual Machines ( UMAC ), the company said.
The companies plan to apply the technology to defense, security, commercial, and humanitarian uses, with a focus on US military and NATO customers, according to Safe Pro ( SPAI ). Its system has already been tested in Ukraine, the company added.
Shares of Safe Pro ( SPAI ) were up more than 5% in recent Monday premarket activity, and Ondas ( ONDS ) stock rose more than 4%. Unusual Machines ( UMAC ) shares were slightly lower premarket.
