Safehold Closes Ground Leases for 4 Housing Development Projects in California

04:29 PM EDT, 07/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Safehold (SAFE) said Monday it closed ground leases for the development of 781 units across four housing communities in California.

Pacific Companies will build the low-income tax credit developments with three locations in San Jose and one in Concord, according to Safehold.

Financial terms of the leases were not disclosed.
