11:30 AM EDT, 04/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Safran has received European Commission approval for its proposed acquisition of part the aerospace actuation business of RTX unit (RTX) Collins Aerospace, the regulator said Friday.

The approval is conditional on Safran's full compliance with the commitments it submitted, the commission said.
