SAG Holdings Shares Fall in Nasdaq Debut

12:32 PM EDT, 10/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SAG Holdings ( SAG ) shares fell in their Nasdaq debut Wednesday after the company priced its initial public offering of 875,000 shares at $8.00 per share.

The shares were down over 31% at $5.45 in recent trading after opening at $6.01.

SAG is a Singapore-based Original Equipment Manufacturer for replacement parts for motor vehicles and non-vehicle combustion engines.

Price: 5.45, Change: -2.55, Percent Change: -31.88
