07:29 AM EDT, 05/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Saga Metals ( SAGMF ) reported Monday "significant" drill results from its 2025 maiden drill program at the Radar project in Labrador, Canada.
Results from the initial seven-hole drill program totaling 2,200 meters include 31.5 meters at 25.95% iron, 5.34% titanium dioxide and 0.28% vanadium pentoxide.
"We are very encouraged by these initial drilling results," said Michael Garagan, CGO and director of Saga Metals ( SAGMF ). "They validate our geological models and significantly expand our expectations for the entire Radar property."
Following the results, Saga said it plans to expand exploration using proven and accurate methodologies-magnetic surveys followed by targeted drilling.
"Exploration moving forward is 'magnetic survey - drill - repeat' as we begin to survey the entirety of the oxide layering zone and prepare to identify the most prospective targets for the next drill program," Garagan said.
Saga's share price closed 14.3% higher on Friday to $0.24 on the TSXV.
