Sage Therapeutics Files Registration Statement for Planned Mixed-Shelf Offering

07:22 AM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sage Therapeutics ( SAGE ) filed a registration statement Monday for its plan to sell and issue securities from time to time under one or more offerings and a sales agreement with TD Securities for up to $250 million of its common shares.

The company said the securities to be sold can include common shares, preferred shares, units, warrants, and debt securities. Proceeds will be used for general working capital, Sage Therapeutics ( SAGE ) added.
