07:51 AM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sagicor Financial ( SGCFF ) said Friday that it received TSX approval to renew its normal course issuer bid.

Under the NCIB, the financial services provider can purchase up to 9.3 million shares from Tuesday until June 23, 2026.

In the company's previous NCIB, which expires on Monday, Sagicor purchased about $15 million shares for cancellation.
