05:03 AM EDT, 04/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Saia ( SAIA ) said Monday that its Saia LTL Freight unit opened new terminals in Utah and New Jersey the same day to expand services.

Patrick Sugar, executive vice president of operations at Saia ( SAIA ), said the two new terminals support the group's ongoing expansion plans.

The company said that this year, it expects to spend $1 billion on the company, including investments in terminals, additional team members, new equipment and technology.
