The company reported net income of $1.7 million, or $0.02 per share, from a loss of $138,000 or nil per share, in the prior year period.

Revenue advanced to $880,000, from $730,000 over the same period. Sailfish said it earned royalty revenue of $430,334 for the quarter, up from $212,000 last year.
