11:15 AM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SAI.TECH Global ( SAI ) said Monday it has a memorandum of understanding with Green Agritech for the company's Canada Manitoba Site Project, and its plan to establish a joint venture for future collaboration.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

SAI said it will collaborate with The Organization of Clean Energy and Climate for the construction of the 1 MW computing data center project, which is expected to recycle the heat it will generate to supply onsite office, warehouse, and a future greenhouse.

SAI will secure miners for the proposed data center, while the joint venture will manage rent and heat supply charges from greenhouse operators.
