06:52 AM EDT, 06/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce ( CRM ) signed a multi-tournament partnership with FIFA on Friday, becoming an official tournament supporter of the FIFA World Cup 2026 and FIFA Women's World Cup 2027.
Under the agreement, Salesforce ( CRM ) said it will provide its AI-powered software and collaboration tools to support tournament operations, fan engagement and stakeholder communications.
The company said Slack will be used to coordinate workforce management across the 16 host cities for the 2026 World Cup in the US, Canada and Mexico.
For the 2027 Women's World Cup in Brazil, Salesforce ( CRM ) said its Agentforce 360 platform and Slack will help power fan experiences across FIFA's digital channels through AI-driven support and personalized interactions.
