09:17 AM EDT, 10/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce ( CRM ) said Monday its Agentforce 360, a platform to connect humans, artificial intelligence agents, and data, is now available globally.

The company rolled out the first version of Agentforce in October last year.

Salesforce ( CRM ) said it uses the new platform internally to carry out routine work throughout sales, IT, and support.

Shares of the company were up 1% in recent Monday premarket activity.
