05:13 PM EDT, 09/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce ( CRM ) said Thursday it's launching Agentforce, a suite of autonomous artificial intelligence agents.

The AI agents are able to "analyze data, make decisions, and take action on tasks like answering customer service inquiries, qualifying sales leads, and optimizing marketing campaigns," the company said.

Agentforce for Service and Sales will be available on Oct. 25, Salesforce ( CRM ) said.
