06:06 AM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce ( CRM ) said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire data management provider Zoomin.

The acquisition will allow Salesforce ( CRM ) customers to "unlock" unstructured data and use it to build artificial intelligence-backed agents for data-informed responses and actions, the company said.

No financial details were disclosed but Salesforce ( CRM ) said it expects to close the transaction in fiscal Q4 2025. The company also said it does not expect the acquisition to impact its financial guidance for the year.
