04:05 AM EDT, 03/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce ( CRM ) and Singapore Airlines said late Tuesday that the air carrier will incorporate the customer relationship management platform's artificial intelligence-powered customer-serving applications.
The airline will make use of Salesforce's ( CRM ) Agentforce AI system, Einstein generative AI capabilities in Service Cloud and data cloud engine in its customer case management system.
The companies also plan to co-develop AI solutions for airlines at Salesforce's ( CRM ) AI research hub in Singapore.
The financial terms of the arrangement weren't disclosed.
