Salesforce, Workday Collaborate on New AI Employee Service Agent

10:08 AM EDT, 07/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce ( CRM ) and Workday (WDAY) said Wednesday they have partnered to introduce a new artificial intelligence employee service agent that will automate time-consuming tasks, offer personalized support and surface data-driven insights.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

Under the partnership, Salesforce ( CRM ) will integrate its Agentforce Platform and Einstein AI with the Workday AI and platform to allow organizations to create and manage AI agents for various employee service use cases, the companies said.

The AI employee service agent will be powered by a company's Salesforce ( CRM ) and Workday data and will interact in natural language with employees to support onboarding, health benefit changes, career development, and other tasks, the companies said.
