09:29 AM EDT, 06/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce's ( CRM ) Agentforce 2.0 digital labor platform is now in active deployment, with usage expanding but execution still in the early stages, RBC Capital Markets said in a Friday note, citing insights from company partners at the Salesforce Connections 2025 in Chicago.
The company reiterated that its Agentforce 2.0 platform now has over 4,000 paying customers and 800 in production, but the partners cited challenges with technical architecture, data governance, and access controls, RBC analysts said. The platform's near-term revenue across partner ecosystems remains limited, they said.
The partners described pipeline activity as "stable" heading into fiscal Q2, with near-term demand centered on core cloud refreshes and digital transformation cycles, the analysts said. Salesforce ( CRM )-related business will see growth driven by core cloud demand, according to the partners.
Salesforce's ( CRM ) strategic positioning of Data Cloud and Informatica is aligned with the needs of enterprise customers, but integration is still developing, the analysts cited the partners as saying.
Shares were 1.5% lower ahead of Friday's opening bell.
