10:17 AM EST, 12/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce ( CRM ) said Tuesday that the second iteration of its artificial intelligence-based labor platform Agentforce 2.0 will be widely available to users in February.

The updated version includes new pre-built skills, enhanced reasoning features, and expanded integration with Slack and other workflows, the company said.

Separately, Salesforce ( CRM ) plans to hire 2,000 additional salespeople to promote its AI software, CNBC reported, citing the company's Chief Executive Marc Benioff.

Benioff reportedly told Bloomberg last month that the company planned to hire 1,000 people.
