Sally Beauty Fiscal Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Fiscal Q1, Fiscal 2026 Guidance Issued

07:12 AM EST, 11/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sally Beauty ( SBH ) reported Thursday fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings of $0.55 per diluted share, up from $0.50 per share a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected non-GAAP earnings of $0.48.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $947.1 million, up from $935 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $933.2 million.

For fiscal Q1, the company expects adjusted earnings of $0.43 to $0.47 per share on revenue of $935 million to $945 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.50 per share and $946.7 million, respectively.

The company said its expects fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings of $2.00 to $2.10 per share on revenue of $3.71 billion to $3.77 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted earnings of $2.02 per share on sale of $3.73 billion.

Shares of the company were up 12.3% in Thursday's premarket activity.
