Saltire Capital Acquiring Electric Picture Display Systems

10:20 AM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Saltire Capital (SLT.U.TO) said Friday that it signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire Electric Picture Display Systems, a provider of visual display systems for commercial customers in North America. Saltire said it will fund the purchase through cash from its revolving credit facility and its common shares.

The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter.

"This is a highly accretive acquisition offering many synergies with our existing platform at Strong/MDI Screen Systems," said Andrew Clark, CEO of Saltire
