Samsara Fiscal Q2 Non-GAAP Net Income, Revenue Increase; Shares Rise After Hours

04:42 PM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Samsara (IOT) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income Thursday of $0.12 per diluted share, up from $0.05 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.07.

Revenue in the three months ended Aug. 2 rose to $391.5 million from $300.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $372.2 million.

The company expects fiscal Q3 diluted non-GAAP EPS of $0.11 to $0.12 on revenue of $398 million to $400 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $0.10 on revenue of $394.7 million.

The company expects fiscal 2026 diluted non-GAAP EPS of $0.45 to $0.47 on revenue of $1.574 billion to $1.578 billion. The previous guidance was non-GAAP EPS of $0.39 to $0.41 on revenue of $1.547 billion to $1.555 billion.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $0.41 on revenue of $1.55 billion.

Samsara shares rose 5.2% in after-hours trading.
