11:13 AM EDT, 05/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sanara MedTech ( SMTI ) said on a Monday filing that Zachary B. Fleming resigned as chief executive, effective last Friday.

Fleming's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company, Sanara said.

Sanara's board on Sunday appointed Executive Chairman Ronald T. Nixon as CEO. He will serve in that position until a new CEO is elected, the company said.
