09:03 AM EDT, 05/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sandstorm Gold ( SAND ) said Friday that proxy advisor Institutional Shareholder Services now recommends that shareholders vote for all management proposals to be voted on at the company's annual meeting on May 30, including those that the proxy advisory firm previously recommended voting against.

Sandstorm said earlier this week that ISS had recommended voting against three of the management proposals regarding its stock option plan and restricted share plan.

Sandstorm also said earlier this week that another proxy advisory firm, Glass Lewis, recommends that shareholders vote for the management proposals related to the company's share-based compensation program.
