09:35 AM EDT, 05/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sandy Spring Bancorp ( SASR ) said Thursday it has appointed Charles Cullum as chief financial officer, succeeding Philip Mantua.

Cullum joined the bank in 2006 and was named deputy CFO in January, Sandy Spring said.

Mantua, who is retiring, would remain with the company until the end of this year to support the transition, Sandy Spring said.
