Sangoma Technologies Fiscal Q4 Swings to Profit, Revenue Falls; 2026 Guidance Set

05:26 PM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sangoma Technologies ( SANG ) reported fiscal Q4 earnings late Wednesday of $0.01 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.05 a year earlier.

One analyst polled by FactSet expected earnings of $0.02.

Revenue for the three months ended June 30 was $59.4 million, down from $60.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $58.6 million.

The company guided for fiscal year 2026 revenue of $200 million to $210 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $241.6 million.

Shares of the company rose 2.5% during after-hours activity.
