The company earned US$0.2 million, or US$0.01 per share, in the quarter ended June 30, compared with a loss of US$1.7 million, or US$0.05, a year ago. FactSet expected a loss of US$0.03.
Revenue fell to US$59.4 million from US$60.9 million in the year-ago quarter. FactSet projected US$59 million.
In other highlights, adjusted EBITDA rose to $11.4 million, representing 19% of total revenue, from $11.1 million a year prior, reaching the highest level in the last 8 quarters, according to the statement.
For fiscal year 2026, the company expects revenue to be between US$200 million and US$210 million, and the adjusted EBITDA margin is projected to be between 17% and 19%.
