07:17 AM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sanofi ( SNY ) said Tuesday it will work with AI companies Formation Bio and Microsoft ( MSFT )-backed (MSFT) OpenAI to develop new medicines.

Sanofi ( SNY ) said it will provide the two other firms access to its proprietary data to create AI models for pharmaceutical development.

Financial details of the collaboration were not disclosed.
