Santech Holdings Approves $5 Million Share Repurchase Program

05:28 AM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Santech Holdings ( STEC ) said Monday its board has authorized a new 12-month share repurchase program for up to $5 million of its outstanding American depositary shares, each representing two ordinary shares.

The company said it plans to fund repurchases from its existing cash balance.

Santech ( STEC ) shares gained more than 42% in premarket activity Monday.
