09:39 AM EDT, 09/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SAP (SAP) said Thursday it has completed its acquisition of digital adoption platform WalkMe ( WKME ) with an equity value of roughly $1.5 billion.

SAP said each ordinary issued and outstanding WalkMe ( WKME ) share has been converted into the right for its stockholders to get $14 apiece in cash.

Following the takeover, WalkMe's ( WKME ) stock will cease trading on the Nasdaq, SAP added.
