10:26 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SAP (SAP) said Thursday it closed its acquisition of talent acquisition software provider SmartRecruiters.

The SmartRecruiters platform will now be integrated with the SAP SuccessFactors human capital management suite, making it easier for enterprises to manage the whole hiring process, SAP said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
