04:15 AM EDT, 05/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SAP SE ( SAP ) said late Thursday that NEC agreed to migrate its operations from its on-premise software to its cloud platform running on Amazon.com's ( AMZN ) Amazon Web Services.

Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.

Japanese IT provider NEC will use SAP's S/4HANA resource planning software through the RISE with SAP service, incorporation its artificial intelligence technology along with SAP's Joule AI assistance tool, according to the statement.
