04:00 AM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sasol ( SSL ) said Tuesday that Walt Bruns will replace Hanre Rossouw as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 1.

As announced on May 2, Rossouw is stepping down from the role to "pursue a career opportunity," the company said.

Bruns currently serves as the CFO of Sasol Southern Africa. He has been with Sasol ( SSL ) for 15 years in various roles, including over three years as the CFO of the company's global chemicals business.
