09:09 AM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Satixfy Communications ( SATX ) said Monday that it has signed a $6.7 million purchase order with MDA Space to provide engineering models and space-grade chips for the latter's satellites.

The company said it has also entered into an additional $3.5 million amended authorization to proceed agreement with MDA for engineering work, as well as an an amendment to the current master purchase agreement between the parties.

Satixfy's stock was up 5% in recent Monday premarket activity.
