Saudi Arabia to be anchor investor in new Brookfield $2 bln Middle East fund

RIYADH, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's Public

Investment Fund will be an anchor investor in Brookfield Asset

Management's ( BAM ) new $2 billion Middle East private fund,

the companies said in a statement on Wednesday.

At least half of the capital is to be invested in Saudi

Arabia and international companies that are looking to expand in

the kingdom.
