07:26 AM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SBC Medical Group Holdings ( SBC ) said Monday it agreed to acquire Aesthetic Healthcare Holdings, a Singapore-based company operating several aesthetic treatment brands, in an all-cash deal.

The company said the acquisition marks the first phase of its strategy to expand business internationally, focusing on the US and Asia markets.

The transaction was scheduled to close on Nov. 13, 2024.
