SC Acquisition Prices IPO at $10 Per Unit

03:14 AM EST, 11/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SC Acquisition said late Tuesday it priced an initial public offering of 15 million units at $10 per unit, with each unit consisting of one class A ordinary share and one right to receive one-fifth of a Class A share.

The blank check company is sponsored by a subsidiary of Nukkleus ( NUKK ) , it said.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on Friday, subject to customary closing conditions.

The units are expected to debut on the Nasdaq Global Market on Wednesday under the SCIIU ticker. The underlying securities will eventually trade separately under the SCII and SCIIR tickers for ordinary stock and stock rights, respectively, the company said.
