01:48 PM EST, 03/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Scandium Canada ( SCDCF ) shares fell 12% on Wednesday after it upsized a bought-deal offering of share units to $15 million from $10 million.
The company said it will now sell underwriters 68.2-million units priced at at $0.22 and made up of a share and a 30-month warrant to buy a share of $0.30. It also granted underwriters and 10.2-million unit over-allotment option.
Proceeds will be used for project expenditures and works on the Crater Lake project, development and pre-commercialization work on its proprietary Al Sc alloys, and for general corporate and working capital needs.
Shares of the company were last seen down $0.03 to $0.205 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
