06:00 PM EDT, 08/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ScanSource ( SCSC ) late Thursday revealed the acquisition of Resourcive, which provides information technology sourcing services, for an undisclosed sum.

The company said Resourcive currently serves more than 300 customers in areas including the cloud and the Internet of Things.

With the acquisition of Resourcive, ScanSource ( SCSC ) is "creating a new Channel Advisory business," the company said. It added this business is separate from ScanSource's ( SCSC ) Intelisys business, a technology services distributor.
