04:39 PM EDT, 08/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ScanTech AI Systems ( STAI ) said Friday it has received a letter from Nasdaq over non-compliance with a listing rule because it did not timely file with the US Securities and Exchange Commission its quarterly report for the period ended June 30.

The notification has no immediate impact on its listing on Nasdaq, the company said.

ScanTech said it plans to file the quarterly report as soon as possible and, if needed, submit a plan to Nasdaq to regain compliance.
