07:03 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SCHMID Group ( SHMD ) said Monday it received two major orders for panel level packaging and mSAP production equipment.

In the first project, the company said it will supply a cluster configuration of its InfinityLine C+ and InfinityLine H+ systems to a global technology company in Southeast Asia that specializes in semiconductors, infrastructure software, and high-performance computing solutions.

The second order involves delivering horizontal InfinityLine H+ and vertical InfinityLine V+ machines to a major electronics interconnect manufacturer in China to expand its mSAP capacity, primarily for AI server PCBs and similar products, the company said.
